Over forty people attended YBJ’s “Chai Light”, held in the twilight at Nielsen Park in Vaucluse. The good people at Espresso Event, Aviva and Nissim brewed Chai, complete with whole spices and regulation soymilk. The genuine mulled wine went down a treat, the warming accompaniment to an evening spent lounging on cushions while watching the darkening sky overlooking the water. Impromptu jamming on djembes (drums) and the traditional wooden Indian flute completed the evening. Thanks to everyone who came, we’re glad you enjoyed it!

Chillin' in the Chai tent

For those who missed out, never fear—another Chai Light will be upon us during the summer months! Stay tuned for details.
